Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 Apr 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website landinspain.com and the visa advisory and document preparation services provided by Land In Spain (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About our services

Land In Spain provides professional advisory and document preparation services to support your visa application for Spain. Our services include:

– Assessing your eligibility for Spanish visa types (Digital Nomad Visa, Non-Lucrative Visa, Self-Employed Visa)
– Reviewing and preparing your application documents
– Submitting your application to the relevant Spanish consulate or immigration authority on your behalf (where authorised)
– Providing guidance throughout the application process
– Communicating with Spanish authorities on your behalf (where authorised)

What we are not

We are not a law firm, immigration law practice, or government body. We do not provide legal advice. We provide advisory and consulting services based on our practical experience with the Spanish visa application process.

We do not guarantee the outcome of any visa application. The final decision on any visa application rests solely with the Spanish immigration authorities.

2. Service packages and pricing

Full Service — €800

Our Full Service package includes document review, preparation, submission, tracking, and follow-up until a decision is reached. The fee covers the main applicant.# Additional family members — €200 each

Spouse, partner, or dependent children applying alongside the main applicant are charged at €200 per additional applicant.

What is not included in our fee

Our service fee covers advisory and document preparation only. The following costs are separate and payable directly by you:

– Government application fees (Tasa 790-038: €73.26 per applicant)
– Apostille fees (vary by country and document)
– Sworn translation fees (typically €25–40 per page)
– Health insurance premiums
– Travel costs
– Any other third-party costs specific to your application

We will provide a clear estimate of these additional costs during your initial consultation.

3. How our service works

1. Initial consultation: we assess your eligibility and advise on the appropriate visa type during a free call
2. Engagement: if you proceed, you pay the service fee and provide your documents
3. Document preparation: we review, organise, and prepare your application package
4. Submission: we submit your application to the relevant Spanish consulate or immigration authority, or guide you through in-person submission where required
5. Tracking: we monitor your application and provide updates until a decision is reached

The estimated timeline from document collection to submission is 1–2 weeks. Spanish consulate processing typically takes 2–4 weeks. Total timeline is usually 30–45 days, though this may vary depending on the consulate, document availability, and individual circumstances.

4. Your responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

– Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information and documents
– Respond to our requests for information or documents within a reasonable timeframe
– Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances (employment, income, family status, criminal record)
– Not submit any fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents
– Pay all fees in full and on time
– Comply with all applicable immigration laws and regulations
– Not overstay any existing visa or violate immigration rules during the application process

We reserve the right to terminate our services if you provide false or misleading information, or fail to cooperate with reasonable requests.

5. Payment terms

– Payment is due in full before we begin work on your application
– We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) and bank transfer
– All prices are quoted in euros (EUR). Prices displayed in other currencies are estimates based on approximate exchange rates and may differ from the final charge
– Invoices will be issued upon payment

6. Refund policy

– Before work begins: if you change your mind before we have started preparing your documents, we will refund your fee in full. No questions asked.
– After work begins: once we have started reviewing and preparing your documents, the fee is non-refundable, as the work has been performed.
– If your application is refused: our fee covers the advisory and preparation service, not the outcome. A refusal does not entitle you to a refund. However, we will review the refusal reason with you and, where appropriate, assist with a reapplication at no additional advisory fee.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

– We are not liable for any visa refusal, delay, or adverse decision by Spanish immigration authorities
– We are not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you
– We are not liable for delays caused by third parties (consulates, apostille offices, translators, postal services)
– Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fee you paid to us
– We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
